"We were in Harpfetsham for the second time. Has hungry, didn't know the local Italians in Palling yet. We were very excited because we were often disappointed with an Italian food. "Wir wollten heute zum Mittagessen in dieses Restaurant gehen. Es war nicht das erste Mal, dass wir dort waren – bei einem Spaziergang kehrt man gerne mal ein. Ich habe eine Cola im Glas bestellt. Die Dame, die uns bedient hat, brachte sie mir jedoch nicht in der originalen Glasflasche, sondern bereits eingeschenkt in einem normalen Glas. Ich habe höflich darum gebeten, mir die Cola bitte in der Flasche zu bringen, da ich sie so lieber trinke. Die Kellnerin wirkte sofort genervt aber brachte mir widerwillig die Flasche sowie ein zweites Glas zum Selbst-Einschenken. Wir haben sofort zwei Schnitzel mit Pommes bestellt. Nach 1 Stunde und 10 Minuten hatten wir unser Essen immer noch nicht erhalten. In der Zwischenzeit wurden an drei anderen Tischen – jeweils mit sechs Personen – Schnitzel und andere Gerichte serviert. Diese Gäste waren alle mindestens 20–30 Minuten nach uns gekommen. Wir hatten auch zwei Hunde dabei und haben nach Wasser für beide gefragt, da es sehr heiß war. Leider haben wir dieses auch nie bekommen. Ich bin schließlich aufgestanden und zu dem Herrn gegangen, den ich für den Besitzer hielt, um die Situation zu erklären. Er war nicht direkt unhöflich, aber auch keineswegs freundlich oder verständnisvoll. Ich habe zunehmend den Eindruck, dass die Kellnerin absichtlich so reagiert hat, weil ich sie zuvor darauf hingewiesen hatte, dass sie mir die Cola nicht wie gewünscht in der Flasche, sondern schon ausgeschenkt im Glas serviert hatte. Am Ende haben wir die Cola und das Bier bezahlt, obwohl wir über eine Stunde umsonst dort saßen – ohne Essen, ohne Entschuldigung, ohne jegliches Entgegenkommen. Diese Erfahrung war alles andere als gastfreundlich. Für uns steht fest: Nach dieser Episode werden wir dieses Lokal nicht mehr besuchen."

"We ordered a starter, two courses and a dessert, good if not for zucchini cut too big in the appetizer and a slightly sad salad. The real problem was the time of payment. I only had the card. After checking the bill in the German manner, the waitress pulled the card reader and then resting it quickly under the counter saying it was broken and then asked us to pay only in cash. As we were absent we explained the situation, and in the end we sent one of us to the hotel we explained to be twenty minutes walk to take cash and return. I had to wait for 40 minutes in the restaurant as a ransom. We haven't even been asked to pay for their lack of service. On the contrary, we expected that after all the wait we would have offered a bitter or discounted dessert or a discount or similar things, as we do in Italy following any, even the dumbest, disservice. If the younger maid was very nice and kind, the other, which we supposed to be owner, (what speaks Italian to us) was cold all the time, giving almost the air to be peeled."

"We celebrated our wedding in this economy in the middle of last month and were sadly more than disappointed. Already months before the wedding we registered and reserved for nearly 40 people. A few weeks before the appointment we were on site to discuss the menu. On this date we were told that due to a change in the kitchen, no too large menu can be made possible, which came to us, however, was simply a nausea. It was agreed that even when the guests arrived, sufficient antipasti is on the table for each guest present. If you don't want an antipasti, you have the opportunity to order a soup and it would be served immediately. When we arrived, we had to deal with all the space problems first. It was for too little people. Some families had to split up into different tables. At the bridal table we almost sat on each other's lap. The antipasti, of course, was not on the table yet, and our guests had to wait almost an hour for the soup we had to eat. The wish was expressed by my witness to bring the whole children to the starter of adults. The first child had received his food with the adult food, just under 1.5 hours after our arrival. In serving the main course was absolute chaos. It also seemed that, in addition to the host people, only a single unskilled, new help was present at the wedding that has been registered for months. In addition to all this, (on Friday noon) was constantly a circular saw in operation and access to the construction site was only temporarily closed, making it impossible to cold. Two stars only get this restaurant because the main course was enjoyable. We stopped our visit at short notice and moved the cake buffet home. It was really an impossible visit that could hardly have been worse. If you do not have the capacity to host such a company, you should not accept such events during a rebuilding."

"Short criticism: Ambiente: While Traunreut himself is not exactly beautiful, the skirt does not exorbitantly stand out. It's more comfortable. I don't find the food offer appealing at all, I don't really understand the concept. The thing is called The Rock, the Rock, moves furnishings and websitewise towards a cafe of the early 2000s, but actually only things that go fast like pizza (probably TK) Chickenwings, Spaghetti, Currywurscht etc. But that seems to happen in Traunreut, it was relatively well visited. Service: She comes when she likes. Eat: A Greek salad that was no one. In Greece you get no red but only green paprika, the olives are usually not desolated, usually there is also a stick Tsaziki, but less of this dry sheep's cheese, not German-sharp patriarchs from the glass, and above all the Greek salad does not include a dry baguette, but Pita. Spicet was almost not the salad. But: The alk-free schnitzlbaumer Weissbier was surprisingly good.
