"when I was recently with my friend in berlin, I had reserved a table in the old customs house beforehand after reading on several places good recommendations and I think the restaurant has fulfilled my expectations of a beautiful, cozy and romantic evening. first, the old customs house is really nice down at the spree and looks like an idyllic building house in the middle of the city, and secondly, delicious gourmet food is prepared here, rather classic but not minimalist, modern here the dishes were certainly beautifully decorated. the waiters were nice, discreet and professional and you felt good from the beginning. we chose their three-course menu with a green salad with goat cheese and radishes as an appetizer, with sauce and classical supplement as a main course and a beautiful, somewhat different apfeldessert. we got another wine card that contained some good, balanced wee all from the pfalz. only later in the evening we learned that the restaurant has a partnership with a certain wine house, from which all her wee, and so something likes me as hoses, so I found it a bit annoying, they are not a bit more proud of this collaboration. well, it was a wonderful evening and we paid at the end a little over 500 dkk per. person for a cocktail, three dishes plus wine card and coffee, and at this price they will not find the same level in caopenhagen. the old customs house is definitely worth a visit if they are in berlin."
