"We stayed in this place after visiting the Linderhof Palace, it was a holiday and many places were closed. This city is about half back to Munich and it worked well for us. Food can be described here as a general bargrill, obvious American influence. We have managed to find out most articles on the German menu also with our very limited German. The server was friendly and helped us with explanation and recommendation in English. Pricing was very reasonable in view of the great portion they serve. If you're in the area, you should look."

"this caffe you will find in the heart of bad tölz. in the inner there are some tables in a very cozy atmosphere. outside also approx. 3 or 4 tables. Vegan options such as vegan “Apfelstrudel” and other cakes. also mandelmilch for coffee. very nice owner and waitress."

"Rim Tung is a small Thai restaurant at the very top of Markt Strasse in Bad Tolz. My wife and I ate there last week. The barman/waiter was very friendly and spoke good English. We shared a plate of Wan Tun to start, they were light tasty and very crispy, just right. My wife then had the fried egg noodles with chicken and prawns she enjoyed it very much and said it was lovely but the portion was too big to finish. I had the Thai yellow chicken curry with boiled rice, it was very good and there was plenty of it. It wasn't quite hot enough for me but that was my fault I ordered it medium, I forgot the German tongue is less used to hot food. We both had a beer and I had a large whisky, the total bill was less than €40, very good value."

"We ahd a wonderful famil ymeal here recently during a week in Bavria. This restuarant is a little out of the way from the main Market Street (only 5 minute walk) but the extra wlak is definetly worth it if you are looking to eat Italian food. There are some small things which make this a bit special, very frednly helpful staff, some complimentary nibbles and after dinner drinks and a very hot chlli sauce.We al had vegetarian food pizzas and past dishes and all were good sized and well coooked. i have attached a photo of mine. one thing to be aware of, like may places in Bad Tolz, it is closed on Mondays."

"Wir waren von der Firma mit 20Personen im Gasthaus. Das Essen war super lecker, tolle Qualität, mit Liebe angerichtet, große Portionen und einfach ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Service war sehr freundlich, einfach klasse. Wir waren begeistert. Das ganze Fielmann-Team bedankt sich für einen tollen Abend."
