"I waited for a diagnosis before reviewing the restaurant. Following the intake of the branzino from one of the tasting menus I had a rather important allergic reaction, which had never happened before hiring fish, which I eat regularly. It seems that it is not preserved in an optimal way, which I believe is unacceptable to a restaurant of this level. I do not feel however to put a completely negative review because the environment is well maintained, excellent staff and all-around food presented well and good. Improve this aspect, please, was a bad experience."
