"My car, along with others, was broken into in the hotel garage. I was already wary as there was evidence of previous break ins broken glass so I parked in a space close to the hotel entrance and in view of cameras. The garage appeared secure as you couldn’t get in or out, on foot or in the car, without using the camera/intercom. I was alerted to my car alarm by an app on my phone at 2am but didn’t see the notification until 4am. The night receptionist had seen the attack on my car on the cctv and had alerted the police who attended and arrested 3 men. Full marks to him for his vigilance. It was a pity that the receptionist who took over from him was completely lacking in empathy and had no concept of customer care. Here’s why: Having checked my car, it was un drivable due to the drivers window and frame having been forced outwards by the thieves in order to gain access. I spent an hour trying to bend the frame back and getting the glass back into the frame so that I would be able to drive the car. After this I got details of the police station and decided to check out @5am because I had unavoidable work commitments that day and would have to go to the police station first. So far I had no negative feelings towards the hotel. The break in was not their doing, and the night receptionist was more than helpful. Having spent 2 hours plus at the police station, I returned to the hotel to request the use of a room to shower and change. When I knew my car had been broken into, I only had time to clean my teeth and quickly pull on the previous nights clothes. I now had to be presentable for a day meeting clients . This is where my opinion of the hotel and it’s customer care hit rock bottom!! I was told it was not possible because the rooms had been serviced it was still before check out time ! The duty receptionist knew of my plight but had zero empathy. I asked how much it would be to hire the room because I now needed to shower and change so I could go and do what I came here to do. Her only response was “it wasn’t our fault” I am a reasonable man, but the kind of day I’d had so far, I wasn’t prepared to accept that. Besides, I NEEDED TO SHOWER AND CHANGE. Eventually, after leaving me standing at reception with my bags for half an hour, the duty manager reluctantly allowed me the use of the room I’d earlier checked out of after all, they didn’t have to clean the shower or replenish towels in the first place. For the Hotel Apogia Paris, it was too little, too late for what would otherwise have been a positive review thanks to the night receptionist who deserves a medal. He even said sorry and offered a complimentary breakfast when I returned from the police station. Unfortunately he had gone by the time I returned. The 1 star is his alone !!"

Staff was vey unprofessional, even rooms are terrible when I wish I have option for “ 0 ” star, this hotel is not even worth penny. I would compare a little more money with this hotel. Plz do not go for this option, otherwise you regret.

I found the friendly staff. we also arrived on the first day at 7 a.m. and we were handed over to the room key without requiring more money. breakfast was sufficient, wingworst would have been desirable. but with croissants, baguette, sausage, cheese, egg, bacon, jam, müsli cornflakes, yogurt and fresh fruits is for everyone what is there. room, as well as the hotel worked very clean. only the air conditioning system has failed at night and the matratze in our room was thoroughly determined: for a business appointment or a few days absolutely recommended.

3 stars, because the nightwoman was so nice, and the lady this morning at the reception. the two of us who had at check-in were not particularly nice and did not say where our hotel room is or when the breakfast is in the morning and when they have to look. so that they do not have to provide information. breakfast was top, hotel rooms the shower wonderful, only the bed very unpleasant and they heard everyone sounded from the outside. they had to run 1 km until they had a drink on a terrace. I would never run around because many different people walk around, find the place very dirty and not nice to see. 1ne in the night was enough and rejoiced to be home again

hotel very clean, quiet and convenient with nice reception! we used an offer from the internet and had included breakfast and deep garage. the hotel is located in iwry directly near the city car railway, a bus stop is right in front of the hotel and approx. 10 minutes to walk to iwry train station which is very convenient to discover paris, a simple bus ticket cost 1.90€. the room was very large the double bed had a continuous matraze and also the bed linen was in oversized. in the bathroom there was a shower, bidet and washbasin, the toilet was separately in a small room, which is very convenient if you share a room! toilet articles were present and the towels changed every day. very clean...
