"I ordered a meal over the phone to be collected. When I collected my meal a young boy gave me my order I paid the £26. When I got home realised the ribs prawn crackers were missing. I phoned to complain they said that they would give the missing items to me when I go back next time, with no offer of any compensation for the inconvenience. I then went back a week later spent another £21 worth of food to go with the missing items. Took the food home realised that the prawn crackers were missing yet again. I complained again they offered me the prawn crackers a free egg fried rice when I go back. I think I will cut my losses as each time I go back for my missing “FREE” items it’s costing me more money each time. If they did this to everyone, it will keep them in plenty of custom!!!"

"Prebooked a table for people. We were crammed on a person table if that despite the restaurant being practically empty with much bigger tables. It was clear we were struggling and not once were we offered the chance to move. We had to...call someone over to take our drinks order. She didn’t come to take the order for at least minutes after saying she was coming then one drink never turned up so after about minutes of waiting we had to ask for it again. The food arrived at the same time which was good but unfortunately nobody had cleared our salad bowls so we couldn’t fit the mains on properly and some plates were practically bare. There was only a quarter of rotisserie chicken left when we ordered so we had to swap to a chicken breast which was ok but when a lot of the food is fatty and the ribs are undercooked without the bbq sauce on at all like stated on the menu that isn’t acceptable. It was very clear the staff were keeping the guests in one area of the restaurant for their convenience but it backfired when someone from the door marked ‘Private’ shouted something so loudly every guest turned and looked in shock. There was no explanation or apology. The staff just came out one by one smiling and laughing after they’d all rushed through to the back to see what was going on. Very unprofessional! It’s my first time visiting Wales and I’d had this Harvester recommended to me but I’ll never go back to it no matter how many times I visit in the future!"

"Table booked for 12 had to wait 15 minutes for them to set up salad bar.Then went to salad bar and had to wait for them to get dressing then they didn’t have white rolls and couldn’t tell me how long they would be.My friend ordered the steak sandwich with sweet potato fries which came literally black cremated can’t believe a cook would actually send that out to a customer and then the steak came out medium rare not medium.offer was 20off that meal told manager that’s an insult and he took that meal off the bill but it didn’t change the fact that it spoilt what was that supposed to be a lunch with an old friend into a awful lunch.So won’t be going to the harvester again"
