"I've been struggling with me for a long time. The restaurant visit was a total rollercoaster ride. I have reserved a table online 4 weeks in advance so that I am told online reservations would not count!?! There's nothing left in the restaurant area, but we should eat at the top of the hotel's breakfast area. Well, the atmosphere was bad and the service had to carry the drinks and food from below several floors up. So beers were pre-bleed and you liked to get a half-off beer at the next order. The food itself was good and the dessert was for free because it was forgotten for twice demand and 30 minutes waiting time. All in all, you can surely spend a nice and tasty evening here. Unfortunately, I have to evaluate my evening and my experience and I can only award 2 stars in total. It's a pity, because with a better organization, a 5 star rating would easily be introduced here. The in-house beer is also very good!!"
