"Bellissimo ristorantino a sarzana arredato in stile shabby chic che lo rende un luogo rilassante e diverso dal solito. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa (nonostante un piccolo ritardo annunciato) e sa subito ci si sente immersi in un contesto familiare con poche formalità che mettono ognuno a proprio agio. Passando alla cucina non si può non sottolineare la bontà e la qualità della carne provata, dalla tartare come antipasto (abbinata a sapori davvero particolari come la burrata e i pistacchi) alla tagliata ai funghi e al filetto in crosta di pistacchoo scelti come secondi piatti. Un gusto intenso, una consistenza spettacolare che morso dopo morso si scioglie in bocca. Il pane è fatto in casa (davvero molto buono) e il vino pure...considerando che il padre dello chef Tyron ha una cantina con ottimi vini del territorio (e non) ed èin sala pronto a consigliare l'abbinamento più indicato. Per concludere non potete non provare il famoso tiramisù, davvero una goduria per il palato! Non tradisce le aspettative e le ottime recensioni...anzi!! Che dire quindi se non di andare a provare una cena al Gustavino in attesa dell'apertura dello spazio esterno estivo che offrirà ancora più soddisfazioni! Complimenti per la passione che metti nei piatti, per i sorrisi che ti fanno sentire a casa e per i sapori che arrivano dritti alle papille gustative."

we knew about this restaurant by friends who had already had a great time. the room is furnished in a particular way. we were greeted by the father of the chef, a sommelier with contagious sympathy. we ate truffle tartare, Tuscan hamsters, cacio and pepper with truffle and an exquisite fillet with mushrooms. not to forget the tiramisu of the chef. we will definitely return

Come in una favola....Locale shabby chic,arredato con gusto e fantasia. Antipasti eccellenti dove la qualità di carne,salumi formaggi fa da padrona. Primo piatto super goloso e fatto con prodotti semplici. Qualità eccellente di tutto.Nella scelta del vino, ci ha seguito il papà di Tyron, che dopo un breve racconto di noi, ha capito cosa volevamo. A fine cena, Tyron ci ha portati a visitare il suo giardino....meraviglioso.Ha raccontato i suoi progetti per non lasciare andare un pezzo di storia di Sarzana.... Mille auguri per questo cammino.
