"The place is nice, breezy terrace. Makes you hope for a nice time out with friends. The waiters seemed stressed out though it was about 2pm, meaning after their rush period. We were attended by a waiter that had very abrupt manners, as if we were disturbing his quiet time. The most shocking part was when I told him there was no granola biscuit on my € 7.90 dessert (2 ice cream scoops). He raised his voice and explained to me that the biscuit was mixed up with the ice cream (which was served in a glass unnecessarily filled with whipped cream). I told him there was no biscuit in there, he held the glass insisting and nearly putting his finger in the glass, to show me (that I was stupid) that he could see the non existent granola biscuit crumble. I insisted, there was no biscuit, he said it was impossible . He reluctantly went to get it in a separate bowl. The whole thing was really distressing. Making a customer feel stupid in front of other customers. I briefly told my disappointment to the waiter/possibly manager at the till on my way out, but not convinced anything will change. Lieu fort agréable. Serveur désagréable. Incident: sur un dessert à 7,90€ un grand verre rempli de trop de chantilly et 2 boules de glace. Un topping inexistant où le serveur met presque son doigt dans le verre pour pointer du caramel et, à haute voix, me suggère fortement ma stupidité car j 'aurai dû y voir le granola. Finalement, il m 'en rapporte, toujours persuadé de ma stupidité. Je confirme qu 'il n 'y avait aucun granola dans ce dessert. Il existe effectivement une différence de texture entre du caramel et des bouts de biscuits."

The Bonneuil office is there for nothing but the quality of the dishes decreases from day to day... customer used to for years it’s more and more expensive and the dishes are less and less well served... fault has the franchise and not the restaurant directly it’s a shame...

Reservation respected on 13.08 at 6 p.m. for 2, we were able to benefit from the happy hour and enjoy different cocktails, the young waitress who finished her service at 7 p.m. was very adorable, smiling as was her colleague already present when we arrived who finished at midnight, comfortable with customers while being respectful. Bravo to the bartender for his professionalism. Small downside on the waitress who then arrived with the 971 card as a pendant who is not at all smiling, in fact we are still waiting for her following her I 'm coming when we asked for it. Apart from this negative point, everything went well. We will come back.
