"Read the reviews so had high hopes we wanted to eat there as they have few tables outside very nice menu lots choice placed our order but had quite a long wait nobody cleared or cleaned the tables which wasn't covid friendly and they obviously have regular clientel whom seem to occupy most tables with coffees smoking and swearing so wasn't nicest environment or most enjoyable lunch experience-sorry! We didn't receive an apology for long wait and even tho the server could c used cups ashtray etc she didn't clear it, I wiped table myself with antibacterial wipes! However thr baguettes/ wraps were very nice with lots of filling at reasonable prices"

"I attempted to make a reservation a few days in advance for Saturday night, but unfortunately, I was unable to secure a spot. So, I decided to stop by for a glass of wine early on Saturday evening before it got crowded. I was pleasantly surprised by the charming atmosphere of the wine bar. We will definitely make sure to book in advance next time we are in the area. I also noticed their Cheese shop across the road in the Arcade, which looked amazing. Additionally, the sharing boards at the restaurant looked absolutely fantastic."

"I love this place- the cashiers are lovely, the food always tastes fresh and well seasoned, and the price point is amazing for the portion sizes you get. Your food is prepared fast but with care, my favourite thing is to get takeaway and take it down to the gardens to eat. I can’t recommend it enough. Their Kimbap is really good!"

"What an amazing restaurant! We had heard that Twelve Eatery was worth visiting but I was sceptical about an all-vegan menu. How wrong I was! A fantastic evening from start to finish. Delicious cocktails to start followed by the highly rated pan seared king oyster 'scallops '. For our main meals we had the Mediterranean raw lasagna which is served cold but has incredible flavours and the roast 'chicken pie ' with seasonal vegetables. For dessert it was a no-brainer to go for the dulcet de leche cheese cake which lived up to the heady expectations we had read about in reviews. The experience was topped off with the chance to talk to co-founders Daulton and Greg who were incredibly generous with their time on a busy evening to chat with us about their journey and the amazing food. "We have been looking for the perfect steak since we moved to the area. We also like to eat locally sourced food. We also like a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We also like to support independent businesses whenever we can. Westbourne Grill House completely exceeded our expectations. The menu has so many wonderful dishes on it but for our first visit, we tried the sirloin and the fillet. Both were cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Nice and succulent and the sides come as standard, which you can change if you wish. Really recommend the Ribshack Red Pinotage-Shiraz to accompany the steaks. Very enjoyable! We are looking forward to returning and trying other things on the menu, although it's going to be hard not to choose the steaks again!"
