"Gave order. While waiting a man went to complain about the poultry amount of cream with his cream tea. Staff said they’ve never had a complaint about it before. The owner offered more cream which he accepted. When he was back at his table the staff started rolling their eyes , laughing and one of them held their little finger up and made a gesture with it. In the meantime we were still waiting for our coffee and scone and canned drink. I went to staff and said I wanted a refund as I was still waiting. She looked at receipt and said you’ve only been waiting 9 minutes! My order was only one coffee, one scone and a canned drink. This was hardly a big cooking job. They had a further complaint as I was leaving another customer wanted to know why he hadn’t had his order."

Wonderful croissants, buns, breads. An absolutely adorable place to get your morning (or anytime) goodies. The staff was very friendly and the shop is very pretty.

This restaurant deserves a 5-star rating for its quick service and the amazing latte that they serve, which is the best I have ever had. The croissants are also incredibly delicious.

This bakery is extremely popular, and it's easy to understand why. I'll take one of everything, please! The location is perfect and the food selection is excellent. Customers leave happy.

Conveniently placed in the town we sat on the outdoor rear patio until it rained and then we moved into the glass greenhouses. We arrived just after 3pm when their lunch service had ended. It was still busy so we just had drinks and cakes. The cake selection was limited at the end of the day. Service was fine

Absolutely fabulous place . Very popular. Great coffee, breakfast and fantastic cakes. We went everyday for either breakfast or coffee and cake. Plus came home with lots too. Their sourdough is lovey but make sure you get there early or order it the day before. Added bonus dogs allowed and greenhouse to sit in outside if raining !

Upon arriving in Bourton, we were in search of a place to grab a sandwich for lunch and stumbled upon this restaurant. There was a bit of a line, but I walked through the shop and found seating outside with an umbrella to shield us from the hot sun. We ordered the Artisan sandwich, which was delicious with lovely bread. The only downside was that the bottles of orange juice we ordered were not cold as they had not been refrigerated. Overall, it was a great place with delicious food.

What on earth has happened to this lovely bakery /cafe?? Prices have exponentially increased at the same time quality has reduced. I bought a ham salad bap to take away... It cost 5.70...maybe a dearer than last week. I'd have taken it straight back only that I had driven 20 miles before opening. I ditched it because the bread was hard and stale, the tomato obviously old, and the ham, which used to be so fresh, and cut off the bone, was wet, and mass produced. Shocking! You've lost a customer here. Not returning.

My husband and I came into this bakery hoping to order a nice afternoon tea on my birthday. Nobody acknowledged us when we entered even though there were lots of staff around. We found a table and asked where to order and were told at the counter. My husband patiently waited to be served while not once being acknowledged by anyone. One lady was serving at the takeaway counter, he waited until she had finished serving every one else even someone that had come in after him. He then asked for two teas and the lady looked at him blankly and then looked around to see if anyone else was waiting. At that point we got up and walked out and we’re told we were in the wrong queue even though no one had...

"I had been in this pub for a while, but my family and I were on the way from cheltenham to Westonbirt at 17 o'clock and called for an early dinner. all four of us said that the meal was faultless, we enjoyed all three courses and cannot praise this place enough. such a great atmosphere, cordial greeting from the incredibly fabulous staff and a seat directly at the log tariff. what more can they demand. it is easy to find, beautiful location and has plenty of parking right next to the pub. in summer there is a large garden back. in februar this is the place to eat when they go to visit the colesbourne snowdrop gardens that are right in front of the house and not to miss. the menu at the colesbourne inn is huge and offers for everyone something wonderful, regardless of their taste or nutrition to choose. my calamari ‘Bar Bite’ size starter was superb and definitiw a greater part than we expected. the other appetizers, a black bell and black pudding with fried egg was superb as well as the bread selection we also ordered. mostly fish Pie....only full of a lot of different fish and whistle fish. my son had the steak and ale pier he claimed he was the best he had eaten in a very long time. two of us had the nut roast dinner.... I want my Christmas dinner to be as good as that. desserts of fruit crumbs and custard finished the meal with the obligatory glass or two of fizz. for each device in these times to offer this incredible selection of oriented, which is an absolute credit for them by the most kind of employees ever and the very high standards they did. highly recommended at any level possible. well made the colesbourne inn"
