"We had high hopes for our dining experience at this restaurant due to positive reviews, but unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The establishment was understaffed, which made it difficult for us to receive the attention we needed. The food, when it eventually arrived, was subpar, with nearly every dish being unappetizing. The naan bread was hard and dry, with a crust on top as if it had been left out or reheated in the microwave. We spoke to the manager about our concerns, and although he waived the bill, it did not make up for the fact that this was our last meal in Falmouth that we had hoped to celebrate with a great meal. We suggested that the restaurant had overbooked and was unable to handle the number of customers, leading to poor service and food quality. The manager agreed and acknowledged that it would be better to have fewer customers and provide great service and food, rather than overbooking and providing neither."
