I think I've visited Bashan more than 15 times by now. This is absolutely the best Chinese restaurant in London. The staff is always cordial and prompt. A bit cluttered when it's full with customers but the food takes you away all the time. Highly recommend!

A bit overpriced for what it is. Service is a bit slow with general abruptness. Outright refused to help with charging my phone that was dying even though they had chargers, apparently it is against their policy to help customers with their phone charging. Never had such issues before in restaurants. Other Chinese restaurants priced cheaper and food is just as good.
