"After a long morning of walking I was in much need of some substance, so I checked my tripadvisor offline city guide app and headed to Berlinoff as it was the closet restaurant to me. What a fantastic find; tucked down a quiet side street off of Friedrichstraus, there are tables and chairs out on the pavement so you can enjoy the sun.The menu is not vast, the usual pizza, pasta and salads, but the portions are very large; as are the glasses of wine!!!I had the pizza which was German style, very thin, and was gorgeous. Just enough to fuel me for another afternoons walking. The service was fab, made even better by a very cute waiter!! And the bill was extremely reasonable."

This little gem was my favourite Asian restaurant in Berlin. It is right in the centre of Mitte in a side street of Friedrichstrasse. The entire menu is vegetarian, you will find also vegan options. The owners are so friendly, very recommended! Metro Stadtmitte.

Savory Chay offers great vegetarian asian food. The dishes are very well flavoured and even saitan tastes delicious here. Prices are very affordable. It tends to be quite noisy within the restaurant, though. Make sure to get a table in the smaller, quieter room to the right.

Savory Chay was easy to get to from our hotel, so we decided to go here first. An excellent choice of place to eat. Great (vegan) food, friendly staff, reasonably-central location and excellent value. We were tempted to go back again during our 5-night stay, but there are plenty of other fabulous restaurants and eateries in and around Berlin. Definitely worth a visit, though :)

We visited here for dinner on a recent trip to Berlin. It was late and quite close to closing time, but staff were lovely and helpful and we didn’t feel rushed. This is fully vegetarian restaurant, but they have a good selection of vegan dishes. The portions were quite large, but my husband and I cleared our places. I had a tofu and vegetable curry with rice and it was delicious!

Great value, delicious vegan food in Berlin Mitte. Even the meat eaters in our party loved the meal here. Service was extremely friendly. There is a great range of choice on the menu with plenty of convincing mock meat options, as well as mock meat-free dishes. The food was aromatic and the servings large, but light. We came for lunch and it was very quiet, but the atmosphere was warm and friendly nonetheless.
