"Here in Nassauischen Straße Hans-Jürgen Leib founded his BioBackHaus exactly 30 years ago, at the time it was very special and not in all mouths. Meanwhile there is a very nice cafe and you can sit outside and watch Wilmersdorfer. For the 30th anniversary there was a wonderful event on Thursday, 23 September 2010 at 7.30 pm at BioBackHaus-Café: Breads, Beers and Bulettes Stories for the Supply of hungry Berlin with Peter Eichhorn [here link] Peter Eichhorn thrilled his audience with interesting and entertaining stories about bread, beer, bulettes and Berlin. In addition, there were the appropriate snacks and dips so that there was also a culinary evening. Hopefully this was not a one-day fly this event in the pleasant rooms at Café in Nassauischen Straße 16a."

The organic baker in Wilmersdorf. Especially the Knacki reels have been our favourite for breakfast for years. Very recommended.

Perhaps the best bread in the city and also wonderful cakes, all naturally in organic quality. I can only highly recommend the Biobackhaus.

Here my neighbor took coffee and pastries, and they also ordered the bread they exported to Ganderkesee today. She was enthusiastic about the employees and the baked goods, a half dark leaves and a bright loaf also bought them. Well, I guess I'll get the bread from BioBackhaus more often. Because the neighbor goes to Berlin every month to her mother in the nursing home. Next time, she'll take me a wild, pure dinkel bread. Maybe it's the best baker from Germany, but from Berlin it's safe.
