"Meine Freundin und ich freuten uns auf einen Besuch im Bremer Ratskeller. Auf die herrliche Kulisse dieses historischen Gebäudes, dass mir aus meiner Kindheit, noch sehr vertraut ist. Leider wurden wir enttäuscht, da der Service, viele Wünsche offen ließ. Wir müssten uns erst jetzt bemerkbar machen, um eine Bestellung aufzugeben. Hastig würden unsere Wünsche notiert, alles war sehr eilig, ohne jede Freundlichkeit, die wir erwartet haben. Somit ging die Warterei auf die Suppe los wir mussten mehrere Male erinnern. Unterschiedliche Damen servierten das Essen eins ging zurück, weil es zu kalt war. Das Dessert kam erst auf einige Bitten und Erinnerungen, auf unseren Tisch. Inzwischen war eine der Damen aus dem Service ,schon zum DU übergegangen. Die Rechnung wurde erst auf Verlangen übergeben. Wie schade, dass solch ein wunderschönes historisches Haus, so enttäuscht. Wir schlagen vor, dass die jungen Damen aus dem Service, eine Schulung im Umgang mit Gästen erhalten."

Privileged atmosphere surrounded by casks and barrels of wine from Centuries ago.. Food is traditional German and well prepared. Service is a bit slow depending on how busy it is.

Came at p.m. without a reservation and were readily seated. The service was appreciably quick and friendly. We ordered fish based main courses and found the food palatable. Overall it was a very pleasant dining experience in a historic setting. Can recommend View menu

great atmosphere here in the 600 year old ratskeller. Here you can enjoy lunch and eat a la carte with a varied menu. large companies with up to 650 people are not a problem here. also events like Krimi-Diner, Christmas celebrations and music events take place here.

Hands down the worst service I've ever had the misfortune of receiving at a restaurant. We didn't get our drinks before our food (after having to repeatedly ask them to bring it to us). The main course arrived while we were still eating our starters....They took the main course away and let us finish our starters, but when it was time for the main course it was clearly just the same as they had taken away but reheated. We asked for butter when we got our starter, this arrived as we were leaving. It was almost a comically bad service. The senior waiter on duty was not the least bit apologetic for this comedy of errors, and simply pleased relieved that we paid for the wine and starters before...

"in general: in the “Q1 metropolitan kitchen bar” expect a “most popular dishes from the trendy new yorker town parts little italy and Soho”. “The offer is rounded off by the best prime beef steaks from the lavasteingrill.” now I don’t count to those who follow trends and read the reading of the q1 with an “Aha” schnarch and no “Oha” inspiring. But for a once again pleasing evening with good friends and the claim to find a restaurant beyond grieche, italian co., I stayed hanging after more thorough research at q1. interieur, map and interieur. after the visit I can add that the service and the atmosphere are also appealing. a complete address for the brewer's inner city and well suited for a classic "going out", the q1 is also waiting with a bar service that can prepare or complete the culinary process. the price level is raised but not yet lifted. a fuffi should be put in per head if you want to stay a little longer in q1 and are to be starved and thirst properly defeated.
