"I'm really surprised. Do not be fooled by the appearance of this restaurant. As such I mean here, you see simplicity, but in fact the culinary experience is luxury. "Muy buen ambiente y las hamburguesas de 10 tanto por la calidad de la carne como por el pan. Acompañado de patatas. A parte tienen una carta bastante amplia y con variedad de menús. El local está muy curioso y al estilo americano. Tiene terraza de madera cubierta o si lo preferís tiene servicio a domicilio. Todo en perfecto estado. Nos encanta"

"Sem reservar uma mesa com antecedência, quase sem chance de aproveitar o excelente restaurante ao fim de uma rua sossegada entre as ruínas do antigo castelo e a praça principal. Para quem, entretanto, gosta de jantar cedo e não vai passar muito tempo, exceções são abertas no máximo até as 19h. A chefe Ana entende muito bem do riscado, a carne estava no ponto certo e derretia na boca! Ela também conseguiu transformar um wok, prato simples e desmotivante, em algo de lamber os beiços. A carta de vinhos é extensa e eles sabem explicar bem cada um e como harmoniza-los com os pratos, também em inglês. O que falta ao local é menos arrogância, pois certos erros, da forma como ocorrem, não podem ser perdoados. Um restaurante que se considera tão refinado não pode oferecer apenas pão seco e sal, sem manteiga ou o excelente azeite da região. Tampouco pode deixar de ter em ser cardápio uma bebida refrescante e deliciosa como limonada de hortelã por se considerar superior a outros. Quando descerem do salto, serão excelentes."

"We were sick of eating fish and seafood and looking for alternatives we found this restaurant. has become our Italian restaurant of reference in sponge. is very well located, in the middle of the street, but the extraordinary is the food: tagliatella al tartufo, pasta full of eggplant and provolona and pizza carbonara. all spectacular, I couldn't stay with one. the relatively fast service to be the holy week, antonio (head of sinking) very friendly and attentive. we're looking forward to trying out the rest of the letter. We'll be back every year."
