"It may sound crazy, but this baker has the most delicious bread I've ever eaten. From white to multicorn to black bread, everything is recommended. Especially the East Frisenblack bread. The breads are very high quality and on the grain rolls bakers do not save beech wood as I have already experienced in many other bakeries. I'm also an absolute fan of raisins. A little insider tip from me: Rosin dust, liver sausage and a piece of East Frisenblack bread. A delicious East Friese from Poppinga's old bakery (now tea room). This is the absult racer after a day in the Pilsumer lighthouse when you are quite cold from the rough sea air."

Beechwood is with our favorite baker in Friesland. A great bread offer, our favorite bread this year is the Silesian bread. Sourded bread sharply baked, a treat. The tea bars, a leaf dough speciality is also highly recommended. Like the name says tea in the afternoon. Brötchen, in all forms are very welcome to breakfast.
