"The restaurant is located in the middle of the picturesque old town. If you enter it you will be greeted by the really very accommodating service and even if you have no reservation everything is made possible to find a nice place. The ambience is cozy, modern and very tasteful. To eat there are the best burgers in the region (okay has nowhere to get better) but also vegetarians come at their expense. Pricelessly fair and for the burgers you could also demand the double."

"The old house has a grace of Art Nouveau in its interior. Paired with the merchandise of the decor very nice to see here, you can feel comfortable. After our experience in the star of the sea we entered the stock exchange on the Tresen. This house was also filled to these two places. We were greeted very friendly despite the abundance and had a nice evening with beautiful regular holiday Greetsiels. After the experience with the short Siptz Square offer and after the very positive reports about the kitchen of the stock exchange, we have booked here for the following day and also got a table. If you go to the coast, you just have to eat fish that was our credo. On this day an East Frisian menu (written as a 3 course menu) was also offered. It should consist of green cabbage with plenty of meat, a Frisian Smirtjebraten and dessert. The service encouraged us to look at the already built buffet, which we did at the time. And we had to say that the description was mercilessly scattered. In addition, there were back sinks with snipe bean vegetables, 2 very large foresuppies (copuzin soup I didn't know, but was very tasty a table with matjes in fillet and tartar shape (very mild and dlikat seasoned, small frikadellen and schnitzel. And the whole thing for 14,95 €. Of course we chose this offer. Not only the price-performance ratio was very good. It also tasted very good. We just tried mini-portions. The plates were discreetly cleaned by the very attentive service while we were back at the buffet. I had already thought to classify this house as highly recommended, which I did not yet. I'm sure I'll come back here. And if other dishes are prepared, my classification is happy to improve."

"Magnificent lamb fillet, good portions, good prices (even for Greetsiel very cheap for any taste something. Also simple small changes in the dish (for example garlic husk with rice, instead of tomato husk with rice or frit instead of rice. Very sensitive the Greek wines! Eat it now and never disappointed or dissatisfied but always fed and satisfied home."

"Gestern Abend gegen kurz nach 17 Uhr sind wir in das Restaurant gegangen,haben nach einem Tisch für 2 Personen gefragt, da wurden wir ziemlich barsch an einen Tisch verwiesen, der ab 18:30 Uhr reserviert war (der Laden war leer).Die Musik war sehr laut, das Pesonal stand am Tresen und unterhielt sich sehr lautstark(ok, wir sind beim Italiener...) Nach gut einer Viertelstunde bekamen wir Speisekarten und die Getränke wurden aufgenommen,5 Minuten später kamen die Speisen auf den Tisch: Pizza, dünn und noch dünner belegt und für mich Nudeln in einer sehr flüssigen Sauce mit einem Minimum an Zutaten, die Nudeln wohl schon vorgekocht, sie hatten keinerlei Geschmack, es war ein ganz wenig Broccoli dabei, noch weniger Kochschinken (geschätzt 3 Quadratzentimeter)Das Positive an diesem Laden war die Einrichtung, das Personal war irgendwie zu forsch in seinem Gehabe, das Essen schlecht und viel zu wenigKein Aushängeschild für Greetsiel!"
