The ambience is modern, clean and tidy. So it was also with the positive things. We had to wait half an hour for our food. This has nothing to do with almost food. That the BK is not good, we knew that. But we thought that after 10 years the staff was finally replaced for a better quality but no. You should order at the terminal but pay only at the checkout. However, the staff does not feel to be addressed. They are sitting on a chair only in the corner, and only when a bone comes in from Deliveryando, it is accepted and you are left to stand.
