"Wir waren erstmals nach dem Pächterwechsel vor ein paar Jahren da. Lange haben wir gewartet wie sich der neue Pächter macht bevor wir mal wieder kommen wollten. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Ambiente war noch wie zuvor. Gepflegt, gediegen aber auch langsam in die Jahre kommend. Der Eingang ist barrierefrei, der Gastraum weitgehend. Ob es barrierefreie Toiletten gib wissen wir nicht. Wir orderten Pizza Contadina und Tagriatelle Salmone (Lachs). Die Tagliatelle waren perfekt al dente und auch der Lachs auf den Punkt gegart und noch schön saftig. Auch die schiere Menge an Lachs sehr gut. Meiner Frau schmeckte das Gericht ausgezeichnet. Eine gute Würze begleitete die leicht sahnige Soße. Die Pizza war ausgesprochen groß. Sehr groß! Ich wusste gar nicht mehr wie groß sie dort sind. Sie war auch von guter Würze (Teig) und schmeckte mitsamt dem guten Belag recht ansprechend. Leider war der, an sich gute, Boden aber Richtung Mitte sehr schnell sehr weich und letztlich sogar lapprig. Eine halbe oder weitere Minute mehr im schönen Holzofen hätte ihr sicherlich gut getan. Die Preise waren soweit angemessen und der derzeitigen Situation geschuldet, wobei es hier schon immer eine kleine Spur mehr kostete."

"Reformation day. For the first time and once a total German holiday. My wife was kind-bourgeois. Only the potato salad, even very nice, but still a trace too neutral for local felts. Nevertheless: how do I love this salad league. I like to eat some salad to the main dish. After a reasonable time, the latter came to the table almost at the same time and looked magnificent. The supplements (eye-emmelknödel or pommes in each case in extra dishes. What can I say? My wife showed me the cut of her rust roast and had only slight doubts as to whether the cooking condition of the medium was too rare with slight inclination. Unlike me, she's not quite the raw food in meat. After the first cost, however, it was all doubtful. “A dream” she said. The sauce was spiced with sweet peppers, mushrooms and so on was also tastefully anger. I was allowed to try and confirm that it had truly soaked. The flesh slept tenderly on the tongue. Unfortunately, it had become somewhat unpleasant towards Rand. A little too long.... or we were just too late. Something bad. The sauce, however, is a special weight class. Very strong and with the light wild typical sweetness I was very excited about it. The lobes were subsequently perfectly lifted there. "Wenn man essen geht, will man was geschmackvolles. Qualität! Es muss besonders schmecken! Leider darf in Deutschland jeder ein Restaurant eröffnen, egal wie geschmacksneutral das Essen auch ist. Hier hat alles gestimmt Qualität 1a! Wo bekommt man in Deutschland noch gute deutsche Küche? Hier! Ja, es ist hochpreisig,aber auch preisWERT! Dann lieber 2x nicht essen gehen, dafür beim 3x hier gute Qualität essen. Mutig finde ich auch die Öffnungszeiten, da es zumeist mittags geöffnet hat. Der Gastronom schlägt damit einen anderen Weg ein. Den Weg der gesunden Work live Balance und das ist auch richtig so! Hier werden nicht maximal viele verköstigt, sondern entschleunigt was sicherlich auch wieder ein Teil des guten Geschmacks ist, den der Kunde dann auf dem Teller serviert bekommt. Wir haben uns für die Schweinebacken und Kalbsraumbraten entschieden, sehr zu empfehlen. Der Hauswein Rose aus Winnenden, war überragend ausgesucht und sollte bei jedem Essen nicht fehlen. Danke dem gesamten Team für ein kulinarisches Highlight und so vielen lowlights, die es leider in der Branche zu genügend gibt."
