"Actually, a nice little cafe that offers delicious breakfast. At the first visit a lady served us, who was very friendly and accommodating. You can also enjoy the waiting time. During the second and third visits, a gentleman served us (maybe the boss? who was unfortunately little friendly. He made a lustless, impatient and bored impression. You were neither greeted, nor kindly addressed (e.g., what can I bring? etc. instead, you were chosen by an annoyed already? hardly 5 min after bringing the card we had to wait for 15 min! Minorities for breakfast have always been forgotten (salt for the egg, cutlery, a drink... We found that very bad, because the cafe otherwise made a very nice impression. Maybe you can work on it"
