We went to very fine restaurants while in Berlin but CdA was our only repeat! Wonderful

We visited Cafe des Artistes in Friday evening when it wasn't at all busy. The waiter really got us feel welcomed and took care of us personally. The food was excellent and something special for us. We will recommend this place warmly

Good value for your money. Beautiful art to admire and if you feel like it you can buy the paintings. Good service and free wi-fi. I really liked the cellery soup with truffel and the mussels with camenbert was great together with the recomended wine. I can recomend this place View menu

I think the most fashionable restaurant I ate at in Schoenberg while staying in the neighborhood. On a quiet leafy side street. Sit at the white table cloth tables outside. I had their excellent business lunch special not only well presented but excellent quality. The waiters also seemed to take things more seriously than the other casual places nearby. Best of class in this area.

There were three of us in the Cafe des Artistes for dinner and each had a starter, a main course and a dessert. The starter was excellent pea soup with scallops, salmon tartare and sweetbreads, extraordinary, perfectly prepared and tasted delicious. The main course beef entrecote with various side dishes was also perfect. Was it only for dessert that liquid chocolate cake and the music that was thudding through the loudspeakers and interrupted by advertising announcements came from Spotify? you have to make minor compromises. Not at all with the very good, courteous service staff

Bar Café des Artistes is a wonderful neighborhood bar with sidewalk seating and tables to drink specialty cocktails, and watch the gayborhood stroll by during the evening. Although I don 't think it identifies as a gay bar, when we went all the customers appeared to be. This is why I love Berlin. Gay life is thoroughly woven into the fabric of the neighborhoods and community; it 's not set apart. Too bad the US is so far behind! We had a great time during happy hour. Our waiter was fun and flirty. He showed me a secret way to get wifi! The drinks were poured strong and we obviously stayed longer than planned. That was cool! View menu
