TRAVELLED 3 hours to get here for the Resturant to be closed with no notifications!!

booked a table for my sons, 18th birthday, drove 2 1/2 hours for the restaurant to be closed and no phone call or email telling me

Unfortunately, this restaurant is closed. We were surprised that OpenTable even allowed us to book and confirm a reservation. This completely ruined our plans for a work Christmas dinner. View menu

Probably the worst restaurant experience ever. Fiod cold, staff taking ages to bring drinks, they do not know their menu, don't know how to switch lights and heater on. Forgot daughters meal, she started to cry. Horrible experience. Never ever coming there again.

Appears new. Staff are still a bit all over the place. Plates etc are very heavy and staff can’t hold them easily making everything look worrying at times. Manager was having a go at waitress right by our table which made us feel a bit awkward. Food was spot on though.

I'm very a Nandos lover! I have in essex to my nandos difrent nandos, the nandos in the sea is at a beautiful place that lives over the sea and up to nandos good standards, it is well decorated, the only problem is the 2 person tables are very close together in a long line. View menu

Absolutely appalling, manager was embarrassing arguing with customers while people are trying to have a meal, staff all look like they don't want to be there just standing around looking miserable. My partner had his drink knocked over him while being placed on the table and he didn't even get given a replacement they just left his half empty drink and come over with a small tissue overall very embarrassing and I can see this restaurant being here for much longer with the staff and management things need to change. And this isn't the only complaint there will be alot as everyone in the restaurant felt the same, shocking evening we just got up and left before our mains arrived!!

I would give this restaurant a zero if I could. My partner and I were celebrating our 7th anniversary at this restaurant. I received an email the day before confirming my reservation. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, we found it closed for maintenance. We were disappointed and frustrated to have wasted our time preparing and traveling there for nothing. There was no email or information on the website informing us of the closure. Google showed the restaurant as open when it was clearly closed. It was a confusing and frustrating experience.
