"Here is a very beautiful hotel, in an old building that charmed me from the opening of the door. The attached staff is very cordial and concerned with the well-being of the clientele. The rooms have been redesigned with great taste and contain everything we need. Breakfast is hearty and well served. Slightly distant from the city centre, the place seems to be quiet, but some inconveniences such as train and traffic may hinder those who have light sleep."

"On a bitterly cold and wet evening, a warm welcome and excellent pasta dish and salad. Pasta was hot, tasty, and plenty of it, plus large side salad and house wine. Good atmosphere, popular place, reasonable prices for good food. Pepper mill and grated parmesan left on table so we could help ourselves. Recommend."

"A pleasant environment and a pleasant, professional and warm welcome. The veranda room, however, is a little fresh in December. Delicious dishes and good brioche. On the other hand one of the guests was sick immediately -15/20 min- after eating the cart. The establishment denies any cause-effect relationship but it was the only different food from the whole meal. The three stars are for the answer to the phone when we wanted to warn them without complaining."

"Restaurant located in the city center of Moulins. In summer the terrace is pleasant. The staff some Italians are very friendly. The kitchen is excellent with reasonable prices. I miss one or two meat dishes like the famous Milanese escalope. In this restaurant I find myself well in Italy."

"It is the 2nd time we have eaten in this restaurant and we have not been disappointed. The staff are lovely, attentive and very friendly. The restaurant has modern decor and is very close to the railway station. The most important part is the food and this has not let us down. My husband had Fois Gras and I had a langoustine salad for starters, we both enjoyed the lamb on a bed of tasty vegetables and after the cheese course we finished with a Grand Marnier Parfait. A good choice of wines with a varied price for every pocket. The only thing I am surprised that they don't serve is an amuse bouche, but you do get little nibbles with the appero."
