when you love "great kitchen", based on respect for the product, know-how, rigor. Alain dutournier's restaurant is a must. Probably at noon the best value for bets. It's all there. not counting the cellar with wonders accumulated by the chef who, and it is rare in the cooks, is a crazy wine. surprisingly he didn't get any more recognition from the great guides!

Is Mr. Dutournier sure to endorse the following practices?a family lunch in one hour fifteen (arrived at 13:15 and out of the restaurant at 14:30) with a bottle of white burgundy 1st served at room temperature...and the staff pressed to finish their service at 14:00. What a frustration...!!!Thank you very much that the setting and the kitchen are there to justify the reputation of the restaurant.

modern room and design, close to the place vendôme, whimsical atmosphere, professional and discreet service. We have tested the first menu of lunch, 4 well-circulated services plus the usual mouth and mignardises, original dishes to the scents of the southwest, without any false note, all for a very reasonable price for a 2-star and very competitive compared to some of its neighbors. We wanted to go back for dinner.

daring with a mix of veal ris with oyster sauce that is not very common, it was delicious, frog thighs, foie gras with a slice of poultry, everything is very fine. To return without hesitation! and I congratulate the leader who deserves a 2 star. I may not have to say, dear chef, I find according to my personal taste that the oyster sauce on the calf ris is slightly on salt, it is possible that I have a taste of which the ph is more neutral. In any case, bravo and bravo again! I'll go back without hesitation. for services, it's cool enough for this kind of establishment and I like the -prouts work me tired. excellent value for a restaurant of this level. menu at 95 euros (entrance, dish, dessert, mineral water, wine) - :the reception at the hottest square was particularly warm, with a discreet, available and very efficient staff, all sprinkled with a particularly welcome humour.
