"the chelsea is somehow a mix of cafe, pub and restaurant. it is made in very American style. I don't like that. However, since it is directly opposite the university of applied sciences, a visit is then not avoided. we were there for lunch, and it was Burgertag. there is a daily meal here every day at a special price. the burgers are really delicious. whether and how much there is no idea. but they taste different, fresher than the relevant fast food chains. Another time we were in the evening, for cocktail drink. the cocktails can be seen. here I also noticed that on a few televisions hanging on the deck there was a sport.
