Hier mal eben mit einem Kunden ein Häppchen gegessen.MIttags mal eben schnell reingesprungen... NICHT vom Buffet gegessen sondern den gebratenen Reis ...Ging Schnell, wenig Chinesisch (ist halt eingedeutscht :-) ), lecker und preigünstig.Nix zu meckern....

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, nach 2 Minuten hatte ich das bestellte Wasser auf dem Tisch. Das gebratene Schweinefleisch Chop Suey- reichliche Portion - schmeckt zwar nicht chinesisch, dürfte aber dem Geschmack der meisten Gäste entsprechen. Wer preiswert und gut essen will, ist hier richtig, vorausgesetzt, das er noch nie "richtig" chinesisch gegessen hat. Alternative: nach Amsterdam oder Den Haag fahren. View menu

We were here on a weekend night and ate the buffet. The food is solid, but the selection is very limited... here other restaurants have a considerably larger choice. Really Chinese is not the food here, of course, but this applies to (almost) all China restaurants in Germany. The interior in this restaurant is quite cheesy, which makes the atmosphere somewhat cloudy. The good value for money is to be emphasized positively.

Wir waren an einem Wochenendabend hier und haben vom Buffet gegessen. Das Essen ist grundsolide, wobei die Auswahl allerdings sehr begrenzt ist...hier haben andere Restaurants teilweise eine deutlich größere Auswahl. Wirklich Chinesisch ist das Essen hier natürlich nicht, aber das trifft auf (fast) alle China-Restaurants in Deutschland zu. Die Inneneinrichtung in diesem Restaurant ist ziemlich kitschig, was die Atmosphäre etwas trübt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

We had ordered food by phone. All good and beautiful. After 40 minutes there was a call. The following text: Ey, you have ordered ne. Go down and wait for the supplier.... That's unfriendly. So we went down from the 4th floor), get downstairs, and.........Nobody there. - Down......and after a further 5 minutes there was a poor down-to-earth supplier. This was very friendly and nice and had explained us a problem: The boss had just sent him off with street names. No house number and no last name. Wir hatten Essen per Handy bestellt.Alles gut und schön.Nach 40 Min kam nen Anruf.Folgender Wortlaut:" Ey, du hast doch bestellt ne. Geh ma nach unten und warte auf den Lieferanten......." aufgelegt.Sowas unfreundliches......wahnsinn.Wir sind also runter ( aus dem 4. Stock) gegangen, kommen unten an, und?...........Niemand da.-Wieder hoch, angerufen.-Wieder runter ......und nach weiteren 5 min kam dan nen armer abgehezter Lieferant.Dieser war sehr freundlich und nett und hatte uns da Problem erklärt:Der Chef hatte Ihn nur mit Straßennamen losgeschickt.Keine Hausnummer und kein Nachname.Wie soll er da das richtige Haus und den Besteller finden?Naja, der Lieferant hatte halt den Chef angerufen...

This review refers to the Choong Palace, which is now called Viet Nam Restaurant and wants to offer Vietnamese cuisine. The service is friendly and dedicated. The quality of food is very bad. As an appetizer we took a Beijing soup because there were no original Vietnamese Pho Boo. The soup was thickened with so much edibleness that it seemed like jelly, which tastes after a lot of chili. No fresh herbs, no noodles, no meat and very big manco neither in soup nor on the table fish sauce. No Vietnamese can live without a fish sauce so this ingredient is absolutely on the table. Main dish was fried chicken breast fillet with peanut sauce. The chicken was eating fat; the sauce was a brown pudding...

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf den Choong Palast, der sich inzwischen "Viet Nam Restaurant" nennt- und vietnamesische Küche anbieten will. Der Service ist freundlich und bemüht. Die Qualität des Essens ist sehr schlecht. Als Vorspeise nahmen wir eine Peking-Suppe, weil es keine originale vietnamesische Pho Boo gab. Die Suppe war mit soviel Speisestärke angedickt, das sie wie Gelee wirkte, das nach viel Chili schmeckt. Keine frischen Kräuter, keine Nudeln, kein Fleisch und - ganz großes Manko- weder in der Suppe noch auf dem Tisch Fischsoße.
