"Shame really saw the advert in the citizen and thought great an Italian cafe on the doorstep. Unfortunately the reality is a bit different. The place looked dirty and badly decorated, my wife asked what a Mexican filling was and was told that it was spicy when In fact it was just chicken mayonnaise, she also asked for a brown baguette and was served a white one. My wife had finished her lunch when mine was brought out even though there was only one other person in there and my coffee tasted burnt. I find it really upsetting being Italian myself that an Italian cafe sells Mexican and coronation chicken sandwiches instead of authentic Italian deli rolls. All in all I'm sorry to say we won't be going back. P.S name me an Italian that would eat the special? Salami, mozzarella and chicken tikka panini, cause I know my relatives wouldn't touch chicken tikka even if they were starving."

A nice homely cafe. Friendly staff and the best paninis in town. Definitely worth a visit. Especially if you’re after a nice Italian break.

Walked in and then walked out again. Asked if there was a kids menu, the man said no and that was it. No ' I can make you this ' or 'I can make you that '. Won 't be returning

Stopped by to grab a panini for lunch. Friendly staff and quick service. Not big inside but with the good weather there is seating outside, just be aware of the heavy traffic along the round.

We discovered this little cafe by chance and thought of trying it out on a whim. I am guessing that this is a family run place. For a small place there is a lot of variety on the menu. I ordered a panini and some pizza and espressos. The pizza and panini was really really top notch and the coffee was excellent. Do try this place for some good quality food. Can't wait to go back.

The restaurant is now called Ginos . Quite spacious inside, with good space between the tables. Bought a nice brie and bacon panini and bottle of diet coke for £4.90. was lumchtime, fairly busy and was served quickly. Staff friendly albeit the elder gentleman appeared to have been upset by a comment made by a party of three. Not too sure if mentioned to him whilst he served their drinks or was overheard by the time he returned to the counter but he felt the need to raise his voice across and shout across the room. The comment which obviously irritated him was about the size of the coffee and he reminded the party that he was an independent and not a multi chain national which affected the si...

"Heading to the near Craufurd Arms for a gig and looking for something to eat beforehand we happened across Zouk Lounge quite by accident and as we all enjoy Lebanese food decided to give it a try after first checking that there was plenty of veggie options (which there was) as 2 of our 3 strong party are vegetarian. Gabriella (from Romania) was our charming waitress who seated us and was very informative when it came to enquiring about the various veggie options on offer. She recommended the ‘Lobia’ dish to me (Lebanese spiced whole green beans cooked with fresh tomato sauce) which I then ordered whilst my brother and our friend also choose veggie options and we then decided to share these amongst us all and also decided to add a couple of side dishes. Very impressed with all the food served to us; all freshly cooked, nicely presented, tasted delicious and served to us in a timely fashion. No complaints. After dinner Gabriella enquired if we’d like to relax in their Shisha lounge located at the rear of the restaurant whilst she prepared a shisha pipe and some aperitifs for us. We accepted her offer and retired to the shisha lounge. Once Gabriella had served our aperitifs she enquired as to whether I would like to take control of the music in the lounge over their Bluetooth connection which I gladly excepted and we enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to stay a little longer for another round of cognac and G T’s before we headed off to the nearby gig; only just arriving before the show started in the end as we’d spent nearly a full 2 hours in Zouk Lounge. All in all, a really enjoyable dinner; fantastic food, a charming and friendly waitress (Gabriella) and a real surprise and extra treat to learn of the shisha bar at the rear of the restaurant after our meal. We will definitely be back for a return visit the next time we are in the area."
