Che sorpresa! In un incantevole paesino si può mangiare in un locale moderno che usa prodotti locali per offrire un menù di piatti ben fatti, con ottimi ingredienti e spunti creativi. Da provare!

Location ottima accanto al teatro più piccolo del mondo a Montecastello di Vibio una bomboniera che domina dall'alto guardando Todi e dintorni. Ottimo mangiare, ricercato e cordialità dei gestori.

Sono stato da colpo di scena per caso, per cena, ma sono rimasto così colpito che il giorno seguente ho deciso di andare ad assaggiare il resto di quello che mi aveva colpito del menù. Tutto di una qualità imbarazzante, e cucinata ancora meglio. Proprietario fantastico, ti racconta la storia del piatto con un così forte trasporto che sembra quasi fartelo assaporare. Il prezzo vale il “viaggio”. Appena ricapiterò in zona, ci tornerò di sicuro. Complimenti
