Good evening, yesterday we dined in this restaurant which unfortunately did not meet our expectations, anonymous local dishes, well executed but without soul, service of anonymity, minimum portions perhaps even lower than a starry and salted account, two people with bottle of wine about 180 euros, at least it would take a free dinner that we will not return.

I feel like giving 5 stars despite a dish did not satisfy our goats. all dishes are performed with great skill and perfectly in line with the wide and risky combinations of the chef. a tajarin dish at the bergamot too acidic for our personal goto was compensated by 3 courses (2 appetizers and pharaohs) perfectly balanced and pleasant. I highly recommend living this innovative goto experience.

Intimate dining experience, modern surroundings which felt like you were dining in someone’s beautifully designed home. We had the 5 course chefs choice tasting menu with paired wines. The food was beautifully presented , simply but well explained and was fabulous. Add in value for money on top of that for. 5 star experience or in the dining world we hope a soon recognised at least one Michelin star worthy. Dishes featured which deserve mention were the spaghetti with mussels and black garlic and a potato and egg soup the description does not give justice to the favour and presentation.
