"We had a delightful two-night weekend stay at Hotel Akzent. From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception gave us a warm and friendly welcome, making us feel right at home. The hotel's restaurant exceeded our expectations with its incredible food, and breakfast was equally impressive. The waitstaff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, our experience at Hotel Akzent was fantastic, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay."

"Der Mittelaltermarkt der normalerweise einmal jährlich stattfindet ist immer sehr schön, nicht extrem groß, aber gemütlich. Die Standbesitzer sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Auswahl ist vielseitig. Das Mittelalterturnier ist schön gemacht. Das beste ist, dass dieses im Eintrittspreis enthalten ist, genauso wie die Feuershow Nachts. Es gab auch über den Tag verteilt kleinere Programmpunkte. Insgesamt vom Preis (Eintritt, Essen und Getränke) auch okay."

"Hier schaut der Chef noch persönlich, das alles passt! Kommen aus Friedrichshafen und haben uns hier mit Familie zum Abendessen getroffen. Sonderwünsche werden problemlos umgesetzt, wir wollten z.B. bei kühlem (Sommer-)regen draußen sitzen - es wurde uns ein Schirm aufgespannt und die Bedienung lief durch den Regen zu uns - wenn das mal kein Service ist... Das Essen war sehr gut und schön angerichtet, die Kässpätzle wie es sich gehört mit würzigem Käse verfeinert und der Wurstsalat (dazu warmes Brot, mmmh...) war so riesig, dass wir ihn kaum verdrücken konnten! Dazu die Preise günstig und absolut angemessen!Leider kommen laut einiger Bewertungen manche Laupheimer nicht mit der erstmal etwas schroff erscheinenden Art des Chefs zurecht - wenn sich diese mal dazu herablassen würden, mit ihm ein paar Worte zu wechseln, würden sie einen witzigen und herzensguten Kerl bemerken! Wir kommen wieder!"

"Today we ate at the ristorant rössle at cosimo. we, two adults and two children. as an appetizer we had delicious pizza bread and great bruschetta. after that there were spaghetti aglio e olio and tortellini pana for the children. spaghetti carbonara and putenschnitzel with salat and pommes for the oldest .to finish still a super tasty tiramisu with it and it was perfect! everything was super delicious. good service and nice staff. and cook kosimo always ready for a chat. we're coming back to everybody. newest to eat at the community celebration of our great, of course also with guests"

"IN THE CHAIR! Forward: Food was okay, hot and the service was right! ABER: We had a voucher of over 50€, which I kept open in my hand, took to the restaurant and placed on the table. Only after dinner the waitress told us that he was no longer valid, because probably while Corona apparently changed the owner. She then brought the boss, who also explained this to us. What disturbs us is that this change of ownership is nowhere mentioned and referenced to the voucher situation. The waitress as well as the boss must have seen the envelope with us and could have explained it at that time and not afterwards. The boss then said that she will keep this small in order to avoid bad publicity, unfortunately the opposite is the case. An open and honest approach is always an advantage! Homepage, hanging on the door, etc. offer enough possibilities! We will no longer visit this place. CAUTION WITH VOUCHERS! First of all: the food was okay, hot and the service was right! BUT: We had a voucher for 50€, which I held open in my hand, took with me into the restaurant and put it on the table. Only after the meal did the waitress tell us that it was no longer valid because the owner apparently changed during Corona. She then called the boss, who so explained this to us. What bothers us is that this change of ownership is not mentioned anywhere and the voucher situation is not pointed out. The waitress as well as the boss must have seen the envelope with us and could have explained it at that point and not afterwards. The boss then said she was keeping this small purpose on to avoid bad publicity, Unfortunately the opposite is the case. Being open and honest is always an advantage!
