A restaurant with a very nice outdoor searing under the trees. They have a few vegan options but they are very delicuous! We had local pasta (orecchiette) with local green leaves (cime, similar to spinach) and something like vegan cheese on top. As a starter we had the same green leaves with bean cream and croutons. discovered this restaurant thanks to a smartbox that provided an amtipasto a first (or pizza) and a glass of wine. We went in two and we both satiated. fresh fish appetizer, bresaola and pitules with potato panzerotti, fave with bread croutons as appetizer. ncannulate sagne with sausage ragù as before (they brought two) we were fine. interesting location a stone's throw from one of the most beautiful historical centers of the Salento. friendly staff and worthy of the 5 stars assigned.
