The man was completely out of line, so I missed an absolute gastro pearl for many years. It rarely happens that a restaurant immediately enthuses me. Today it was time again to thank a friend's invitation. The location of the place is rather inconspicuous to not particularly welcoming, located in the middle of a shop line between a few high-rise silos. Inside really crisp, furnished in bistro style. The map offers dishes that I would like to call a German/international with a light mediterrant touch, a little Asian. A remnant meal is offered about every two months when a card change occurs. This includes a surprise 3 courses menu for really cheap 20 €. You choose between fish or meat, which is presented on the plate, you do not know beforehand. So there was fish today, once meat. What was served to us for this dumping price can only be labeled as the first cream, both tasteful and optics. Look at the pictures and let the saliva flow free : . After greeting from the kitchen, bread with beard liquor, there were: appetizers trio: coconut limonen foams, asparagus balls, poultry salad The main dishes: steak from Iberico pig with colorful asparagus vegetables and potato trudel. Schellfischfilet fried on the skin with sugar chops, carrot vegetables and asparagus, potato strudel Dessert: trio of Rhababercomott, Hugosorbet and vanilla cream Rhababercomott with Hugosorbet, baked with egg foam. The service served by the boss, very charming, attentive and friendly easy. People, Pinneberg is worth a trip anyway; but just because of this restaurant a Pinneberg trip is worth it!!"

"The reception was excellent and the service staff was very attentive. The restaurant is beautiful and designed with attention to detail. The drinks are visually appealing and really delicious. I'm afraid the food didn't tell me. I simply enjoyed the ridges that was incredibly delicately prepared, but the supplements were much too intense in taste and too extraordinary, so the meat has fallen in it. If I had known, I would have ordered potatoes."

"I'm more restrained, but our entry visit to the gold kitten was convincing. We had already heard and read a lot about the creators behind it, but did not know that right in advance. After a long time again, a company with heart and hand with a harmonious, unique concept and a great presentation was successful with warm service, excellent kitchen performance and many new impressions. The heart of the locations of the cookhouse Caterers Patrick Diehr is located as a gold kit in an old farmhouse villa with plenty of outbuildings and beautiful terraces on the spacious Peiner Hof golf course in Prisdorf near Pinneberg/Hamburg. Diehr has invested courageously against the trend and despite current restrictions and has built up a small empire that can be seen. The villa was built in an ancient Shabby look and equipped with many modern and old elements that stylishly appear between industrial ruins, conservatory and somewhat flared, unrenovated salon. This is not meant negatively: It is a cozy and piequesaubere walk of real eye-catcher, beautifully illuminated and so interesting that you have been flashed over the entire stay. To date, I have only experienced something comparable in Berlin Wilmersdorf in the Q Bar, where the marode charm of Havana was rebuilt... The warm-hearted mood also complements from the normally maintained rather discreet audience as well as a great, young service team present, super-friendly, unusual and reliable. The menu is small but thought-out and more varied at the second glance than at the first study on the Internet. In addition to 1l sprout water (6, €) fresh peasant bread came to the table, which could be enjoyed with virgin premium olive oil and Diehr 's house pepper and special salt. For coarse pepper there is a mortar on the table; the products can be bought in addition to all wines. The Palatinate Riesling Faith Love Hope, a cuvee of Nett with barn and muscal plate (in house 28, € came in the ice cooler and changed its slightly sweet finish with increasing cold to harmonious freshness. After a pleasant break the appetizer variation Of all a bit for 2 Currywurst Goldfritte Pfifferling Soups Espresso Bruschetta Patricks Papa Lachs (21, € : Deliciously light and with neat bums of spice and finesse. Top quality, sustainable and not too heavy. All taste buds open up! Again well groomed after relaxing break the main dishes: Roastbeef cold roasted potatoes greenware mustard Remoulade 19, €. Ordinary portion top dark pink delicate, full meattranches, balanced and interesting tasty accompanied with everything that belongs to it. Bratkartoffeln as well seasoned, rich wedges with a bowl and a celestially seductive mustard. Patrick's sweet pepper on the meat and some special salt on the marinated salad supplement it's hardly any better! Rosemary Chicken Cremige Polandta Bean Dörrtomate Jus 23, €. Flat portioned super juicy chicken with crispy skin and self-taste with perfect apron also the supplements. Creative fresh kitchen super-tasteful at high level. The ultrafine polenta almost like a pine; with excellent jus and vegetables perfectly harmoniously sustainable. The main foods remain unique in memory thanks to individuality and courageous fashion. Dessert calls but unfortunately no longer went in... We also take an in-house espresso (strong; 3, and an aromatic hazelnut spirit (4, €). Unconditionally recommended! We're coming back! Pleasantly exclusive and yet not raised at excellent price performance ratio. Chapeau; cleverly done. Everything's right here!"

"The best restaurant in and around Pinneberg! My partner and I have been enjoying the food in Dubrovnik for several years and have been enthusiastic and very happy since our first visit. The quality and taste of the various dishes/ferries are not comparable to other surrounding restaurants. Here is really everything freshly prepared! Many restaurants, instead, are increasingly relying on finished products and TK merchandise, as the taste leaves to be desired! Despite Corona we order regularly in Dubrovnik and were not even disappointed, as in the restaurant. From the order to the delivery and the supplier everything goes smoothly.
