"Six of us had a nice meal on Friday night. We choose the menu Long Tasting. The effort from the kitchen that went into this meal was exceptional. The Amuse Bouche was a delicious chicken liver pate shaped like a bowl and this was followed by five other dishes exquisitely prepared. The braided lamb cheek was just as decomposable as the very thin cut calfsal with tuna puppet, which was artistically presented. The service was perfect and pleasant. Our Vermemtino and Barolo wines were ideal and were selected from a very good slate of wines. I would recommend a visit to Cuoco do Latta!"

A little outside of the centre of Bologna, but very worth the trip. Interesting and delicious food and a miscommunication with the bill was sorted in a way that suits this great restaurant. I would recommend it to anyone!

I personally didn't know this restaurant but I was really impressed. I tried the tasting menu and I am pleasantly satisfied with the choice. The room is small but well maintained and the staff is very helpful as well as attentive to the tastes of the customer. The wine was also of excellent quality. Super recommended place!

Elegant and refined location, with an outdoor space that I hope to try as soon as the season will allow it (I was inside and loved it). Very punctual and impeccable service of high level. Excellent cuisine with traditional Piedmont dishes (and some exceptions). I would like the menu to change more over time, but it's my personal opinion. Recommended

On Sunday lunch with dear cousins and without reservation, they booked the spacious room on the first floor, all for us in the middle of an incredible wine show. The place is well maintained but not sophisticated, welcoming, focused on the consistency of their reception as service, quality and care of the raw material. Special note on the wine card that really amazed more than positively! The cook finally thanked us for coming to greet us with humility and genuine kindness. Thank you very much, but I cook milk!
