"order on the line and returned confirmation number and payment taken. hours later, no update about the delivery, only constant we prepare their order message, tried call times only to move back automated message that they are too busy! decided to drive. to shop to see what happened. After I (I suppose the manager) was the problem, igrecieved a ten-wheel of saying that phones don't work, system can't work on the latest and only deliver graters )despite the fact that one of the employees was on the phone? when I asked if icould collect, I was incredibly asked to stop swearing! luckilly the existing customers in the shop have praised that no swearing had taken place and I put it on frustration in the managers in the name. I had to ask for my shipping costs to be refunded and after a lecture, it would take days until the manager left the load. one of the customers who had not praised a swear, expressed his opinion (an American visitor) that if this had happened in America, a full refund would have been offered and the meal was honored, but he was amazed that not even a pot of inherited was offered as compensation. this shop has to invest in a better technology and personal customer service training, as unfortunately if they offer a service that they should provide the service and this place is now unfortunately lacking, I have used this load for the last few years and before it was taken over, but this evening was the last time, as there are many other top rated fishing shops in the opposite!"

they always use this fish and chip shop, but the big squid was smaller than normal and the small squid was more like a child fish, always the same but a noticeable size. I hope it was one
