perfect setting for special dinner. from the entrance very eyes wide shut to the vintage decor to the soundtrack years some forcing like the change of napkins and glasses before the dessert or the descent into the field of the chef, but the effort to be special and palpable. in essence however very original menu at a reasonable price.

How many times have we combined these two words? the hibernate chef gipponi fits the two definitions, self-taught, late approached to catering, but rich in passion and above all talented. here you might be disappointed if your expectations are to have happened in the quiet country trattoria, but if your culinary horizon spans the high spheres, here you could reach paradise.

Dina is more than just a very special restaurant. Dina is a place of reunion with unique people in love with gastronomy, exploring the deep roots of culinary tradition and culture. Having a opportunity to taste some of the Alberto's creation is a great privilege. One of the rare places where it worth to drive for hours -just- for a bite of experience.
