"We had dinner at the Dionissos one night whilst staying at the hotel. The waitering staff are exceptionally professional, courteous and friendly and spoke English well. We were offered a entree of bread with roasted peppers and fish croquettes. My daughter had a delicious bowl of spaghetti bolognese, as her 11 year old palate did not fancy the food on the menu. I had salmon tartar as a starter which was absolutely fantastic. For mains I had grilled salmon on a bed of avocado and tomatoes, it was beautifully cooked and tender. For dessert I had cannoli filled with custard and my daughter had a mango and passion fruit panna cotta which she loved. With two glasses of wine and mock tail the bill came to €78. The restaurant is elegantly decorated with a lovely water feature which we found very tranquil. Highly recommend it."

Exquisite dishes I asked for a chef's suggestion and it was very good a chicken wok with vegetables and with a touch of coconut and wild rice.

For 25 euros you get a full menu with drinks and appetizers. This is very nice place for a work and business lunch. Good food, good prices, good staff.

Meat very undercooked and not everyone likes meat so rare although I accept that seems to be the preferred option today. Staff very helpful and polite.

Enjoyed the a la carte menu. My husband is vegetarian and there were not a lot of options however he was blown away by his starter of potato soup with poached egg. I had a masive plate of Iberic pork and Ciabatta which was probalby a sharing plate. I enjoyed a very nice fish dish for my main and we both managed a dessert.

I have enchanted. incredible attention and good deal. Do we repeat?

We returned to our hotel after an early start for a trip outside of Barcelona. Lacking the energy to go further afield I reluctantly agreed to go to the hotel restaurant 'Dionissos '. I normally find hotel restaurants overpriced and mediocre quality. Wow! Was I in for a pleasant surprise. The restaurant staff were extremely attentive. Even asking which table would suit as when we booked a little before they opened. The food was delicious, very fresh and exceptionally good value at a set cost of 24 Euros each for three courses. In between the courses you were bought little taster plates to devour whilst waiting tor the next course. These seemed to vary from table to table. I would highly reco...

I had a business dinner here and was disappointed with both the food and the setting. The function room was a windowless conference room in the basement, the kind of place where you 'd have a two-hour-long conference call about your expense reports. While my appetizer, a pumpkin soup with foie, was excellent, the medium beef I ordered was tasteless shoe leather, almost too tough to eat. I have celiac disease, and the only gluten-free dessert they had available for me was a few sad slices of orange and melon. I went home still hungry and bought food at a corner store. While the service was kind and polite, the food and setting were way below par here. The restaurant also said it was impossibl...
