"aber leider haben wir letztes Mal (Sonntag Abend) fast 1 Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Der Kellner war ein wenig zersträut und hat irgendwie nur die Hälfte der Bestellung richtig verstanden. Ja es war viel los und ja es gab auch einige Bestellungen to Go - aber für 2x Nudeln und e Pizza eine Stunde zu Warten ost zu viel. Jetzt aber zum Positiven: Normalerweise sind die Kellner top auf zack und sehr sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist wirklich mega lecker und ich gehe wirklich immer wieder gerne hin. Ich finde auch das Ambiente sehr schön."

"Monk would have had a fit. Where I was seated a pilar was bent, a paper lamp was crooked, a guy was spraying (probably insecticide?) around busses stationed just 20 meters in front of me). The entry spring rolls were delicious but dry-dry, did not come with any accompanying sauce. The chicken and vegetables and rice were delicious as well. However service has much to be improved. After the first dish the waitress picked the plate with the used knife in fork and asked me if i wished sticks, when I said no she just spilled the dirty cutlery into the resting platter. Before I finished my eating the waitress just took away from my desk the pepper/salt/oil tray, no permission asked... hey, and if i want some more salt? When I finished the main dish and had some beer to finiosh, the waitress picked away my plate and left me to wallow in a dirty table (no tablecloth) with some leftovers of rice and stains of beer glass, she could have wiped it all I believe. Didn't feel like leaving a tip and didn't."

"Ambiente schmudelig teils richtig Dreckig. Service mittelmäßig bis schlecht. Der Fruchtsaft gespritzt war mehr Wasser als Saft. Meine Cola hat er einfach in das Weinglas geschüttet die war aber seit Monaten abgelaufen, hab eine neue bekommen die ist am Vortag abgelaufen aber könnte man noch trinken und die hat der Klellner auf den Tisch gestellt und mit den Flaschenöffer einfach dazu auf den Tisch geknallt. Frecher geht nicht mehr ! Beim Steak die Pfeffersauce vergessen. Salat waren viele vergamelte Salatblätter Drinnen das Dressing Fertig Pampe ohne Geschmack. Pizza war zwar Gross aber ohne Geschmack in der Mitte war sie nicht durch ! WC Anlagen Ekelhaft . Das einzige war OK war die Grösse der Portionen aber bringt nicht viel wenn das Essen nicht gut ist und der Service unter einer Sau ist. Hab noch nie erlebt das man so mit einem Gast redet nur weil man seinen Job nicht richtig Machen kann Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"pizza as usual super! but for the extras price were too little champignons on it! spaghetti al österzola unfortunately a disappointment.Noodles not through,sauce tasteless. profiterols were hard and dry. Too bad you can do that better."

"While the options here are quite good and the sitting area is truly amazing, I must address the condition of the bathrooms, which unfortunately leaves much to be desired. The strong odor is quite overwhelming, and it’s concerning to see that the toilets are not clean, with some even having visible waste. Given that there’s a 50-cent fee to use these facilities, I believe it’s fair to expect a higher standard of cleanliness. I truly hope that improvements can be made in this area to match the overall quality of the space."
