we had a great meal with fantastic service and a beautiful view of greenwich

Have been there before but this time all round disappointing..food quality and standard awful..and it put a dampener to what should have been a nice evening out for a thai meal.

excellent eating really, felt authentic and tasty. we enjoyed the Papaya salad very, the tiger weeping was also very nice. will most likely come back and try it one of the set menus. View menu

we were not here since the owner changed (and the name is no longer elephant royale. excellent meal, service a bit slow to begin. thai wine at £23 bottle very drinkable and went well with eating.

A hidden gem. With amazing food and great atmosphere. Beautiful view overlooking the Thames. The food is 100% on point. The waitress who served us was kind and polite and very informative about the menu.

the first is that the restaurant has changed the name. that's not called anymore. it means kinkao the set menus are good as they allow them to try many things. they will probably end up with too much food, but they allow them to take away what is good. the food was delicious. would go again. Great decor and very tasty food with adequate sized helpings. Service would have been even better if there was dedicated waitress keeping us going for our party of 13... they were patient with us though and let us overrun our 2 hours on the table by another 2.5 hours! Lovely evening with fond memories.

Lovey food. Service v friendly. And great location on the river Thames. One small thing they should change is that they (for some odd reason) have put red and white tape across all the tops of all the plastic screens they erected during covid. It looks terrible. Like some sort of bizarre crime scene. Take them off and if you need to mark them in some away park the tips with a gold line of something to blend in with the restaurant. Currently it cheapens the place when it’s a lovely place (normally).

the eating is average! thai green curry huhn was old and not fresh, the huh tasted old. the bark was overtaken and disappointing. the pad thai was decent, but in the season was missing. overall I was dissatisfied with eating and the surprise service fee was overwhelming. the service fee would pay if it actually service from the waiter and waiter. the food was delivered to our table without care. 12.5% service fee is extorted. I didn't pay for this due to the overall experience. I doubt I'm coming back here. View menu
