eat underground bad . unfriendly staff . very embarrassing there the family invited to Christmas dinner . totally pure!

the fleming’s has canceled us very short-term, ... allegedly the open table reservation arrived only at the day of the reservation there! strange, after all I reserved three days in advance.

the restaurant in the hotel is like the hotel quite old fashion. it is not much in the way, so my expectations were not too high. Nevertheless, the flame-cake convinced me as an appetizer and the carving as a main dish. all a good visit :

I must praise the restaurant very much, as we were very satisfied. in our inclusional table with several people sitting in the wheelchair, the ordered table did not suffice from the place and so they were ready to leave us the breakfast room and enchant us a long table. (with several wheelchairs it becomes quickly narrow because they need more space than guests sitting on normal chairs. the service staff was very friendly, they only later missed some orders at the other end of the boards. eating was very tasty and also unexpectedly cheap. we felt comfortable and spent a nice evening. I will recommend the restaurant.

on the 1st Christmas holiday, the Christmas menu was already sold out, I decided to make a hamburger, I kissed him and found that the chop meat was still raw. I told him, then the same burger came back to the table. I don't think it's reasonable to find a piece of meat that was in the sauce, salat was just to roast and bring it back to the table. the local was as good as empty, so you can't say that the kitchen was overloaded this evening. that was not acceptable to me. what was commendable was the service staff. the waiter has a thousand times apologised and offered us an apologies which we initially rejected. but he didn't want to accept that we went dissatisfied and brought the same dish...
