to try and then repeat absolutely! welcomed by lorenzo, super friendly and professional, despite we arrived after the closing time of the kitchen, the chef vito (uncomfortable and very welcoming) allowed us to have lunch anyway; he stopped talking to us to give us advice on the area and not only. all the perfect dishes, you can see the selection of the raw material and the care in the preparation, all together with the cordiality and welcome with the addition of the remarkable location, make the restaurant a must in polignano. This was the most relaxing restaurant I have been to for lunch. The sea breeze, view and shade provided by the hills, blocking the sunlight was just amazing. I came across this restaurant by accident. I was walking around exploring and found it. It was inviting so I decided to sit and have a drink and something light to eat. The food was very delicious. I know it was just pasta but listen. In Italy, it’s not just pasta. It’s a way of life and the tastes vary from place to place. Service was quick and friendly. Felt welcome. It was amazing. Highly recommend!

beautiful and charming location; only for this would deserve and praise! excellent quality food and excellently prepared. very professional staff. the only thing I didn't like was the furniture (tables and chairs) ikea....not because they are ikea, but because the chairs I find very uncomfortable and this arouses in the customer the desire to get up immediately (instead of enjoying the evening in this beautiful location). Surely my back problems lead me to have this thought, but unfortunately when I go to the premises I also look at this. leaving this small bracket (which wants to be a suggestion), I strongly recommend it!
