"I will describe my experience at this restaurant since the beginning. At first, I came withmy girlfriend because I read this restaurant made one of the best focaccia in Genoa. When we asked the waitress for a table, the first thing she did was to look us from head to the foot as if we were really dirty (we were not). In that moment we should have gone but we dedided to stay. Then we ordered. The waitress had a lot of work, she was running all the time, we cannont criticize her for that but maybe the restaurant should hire someone else. Of course she was not nice at any moment. She didn't speak english but even if we tried to speak the few italian words we knew, the communication was not good at all. The food was not bad. I ordered pasta al pesto and I really enjoyed it. Then I ordered a focaccia that I didn't like so much but it was not bad. My girlfriend ordered a salad and found it okay. At the end, we asked for the bill and once she brought it we asked to pay but card (the establishment accepts payments by card) but she refused and told us that we had to say that when we asked for the bill and that now it was impossible to change. We can understand that, it may be true in Italie but if that's the case, she should have asked us when we asked for the bill. Well, as we didn't have cash (we went to the restaurant after being sure we could pay by card), she made me go to the closest bank and to pay her with cash. No goodbyes or thanks from her side. We hope that you don't have the same experience we had. You don't go to a restaurant and pay a certain amount of money to have such a bad experience."

We had lunch at this place with family. The food was average (great foccacia, good pizza and not so good pasta), but the service was just terrible. The message there is: “don’t come to this place, we don’t want you”!

the place is very nice and the food generally good even if pretty expensive. Salad a little scarna. the sin is the lack of controls and space, as well as the rather cold climate for those who are in the trajectory of the door. Young and helpful staff but not too trained.

elegant rustic, place from aperitifs in the center: consume the dishes of the apericena - including obviously the inevitable Genoese focaccia - but it is valid both for assortment and quality; funny presentation of the tartare coni, excellent pasta of the mini croissant salty! great attention n ask for any allergies, intolerances, alimetari choices. recommend booking. We had arrived very stressed in Genoa after attempting to park in the truly awful Citypark. We were then driving around for somewhere to park and came across a very good car park near Focaccia 100%. We went into the cafe for some snacks and lovely focaccia and take-away pizza and were very glad to be able to use their loos and enjoy some excellent food. Good central location and near a safe car park.

the place is very nice, neat, clean and modern. the staff is very kind, helpful and polite. I tried the apericena. plentiful but I have some personal reservations on some courses. It was all baked. I would have expected some salt cake, vegetables like pynzimonium, etc. for example, the ice cream cone with meat tartare was, in my opinion, too big. I would recommend smaller cones and the availability of seasoning and aromas (oil, salt, pepper and oregano/timo/coriandolo). Moreover the focaccias but especially fries were too loaded with oil, result in the end indigestion. I would recommend a strong drying of the fried with absorbent paper. good salty brioches, without knowing what they were mad...
