"I visited the local G.Saitta on the heinrichstr. last night together with 5 other friends. the first impression was already very good as the illuminated vitrine with various appetizers and behind it a large open kitchen where I was later also allowed to get to know the young chef and at the same time owner looked promising. so, after we took a place, we ordered an aperitif at the nice waiter and afterwards we let the recommendations for the day be answered. we chose the appetizer of a mixed appetizer board and carpaccio from the rind alla cipriani. the appetizers were already top for the beginning. from the nice waiter there was additionally a wee recommendation to the dressed and let us on the rosé calafuria from apulia one of the was gifted from a magnum bottle. very delicious!!!! In the main course we were served:Great cakes of calfsbäckchen at güseflanloup de mer throughout for 2 persons (on table fileted)Paccheri with wildgambas, oliven and artichokengnocchi with wild boarragout. we asked the waiter who would fit red wine, answer from the top torcicoda from the same winzer would fit very well. said, from a bottle it was done at once 3 bottles, absolute tip. Unfortunately, we have no longer come to dessert because we have dealt very strongly with the thema wein :-). the dessert is tested next time.suming:Essen was very good, big lob to the service. you're feeling comfortable when you come in. the young owner mario saitta has done everything right and wish him much success and so on!!!!I will visit this locally from now on more often."

we have landed randomly in the load and were surprised by the tasty eating, wein and friendly service. in the restaurant we met the sympathetic chef who is also the owner. at a new düsseldorf visit we come back.

a very nice and well maintained restaurant. I was on this place on the occasion of a wine tasting, accompanied by a four-course menu. the food was excellent, Italian cuisine on a modern art that there are very few here in düsseldorf, a lush wine card, attentive and friendly staff. I can only recommend it, I am very happy to come back.

beautiful location on the all, large terrace, large (but noisy) room inside. menu with Italian specialties and crooked of the day with great selection. the kitchen is not always at the height of the time: my wolf barschfilet was perfectly grilled, but the saffron was too sweet. the extremely slow service is the weakest point; the sommelier does not only bring the weeping ordered and refuses to change it, but frankly expresses his annoying about the customers ...

our first visit to the G.Saitta was disappointing.We had a table reserved for 5 people. after approx. 10 minutes waiting time we have called after the service. brot was placed on demand after another 10 minutes.Butter came to demand another 5 minutes later. the appetizers were simply unacceptable. Rindfleich-Carpaccio was garnished with abundant mayonnaise (!). parmesan was not to be found. how to serve something like this in an Italian restaurant.As main food, wild garnels were served in an overheading, cruel tomato sauce. the sight was terrible, the taste was appropriate. it looked like a emptied convenience food-dose.We have brought the overwhelmed service staff our failure to express. we were here in the evening to test the successor of the ristorante baccala for a birthday dinner.Leider we were very dissatisfied.My choice of eating was unfortunately the total disappointment! as an appetizer I had chosen for the cattle carpaccio. This I found quite overpriced, as it was a very clear portion.
