to dinner. it is a beautiful relaxed small beach area. service was friendly and fast. we had the charlotte aubergine to share and then the avocado waffeln and the nasi goreng, all excellent, followed by brioche perdu for dessert. from further up. down on the coast and it was worth the trip. would go again!

Que dire ; Nous ne savions pas où manger, la valeur sûre pour moi est de toujours chercher un restaurant végétarien car très souvent (pour ne pas dire toujours) les restaurateurs de ce type de cuisine, maîtrisent très bien la diversité des plats pour répondre aux attentes de tous leurs clients. Ce fut une très belle découverte, nous avons été conquis par le peanut butter en dessert. A très bientôt

Very good surprise during our stay in Hyères! A vegetarian restaurant but with original, subtle and succulent recipes (yes it exists, I see you carnivores). The juices are perfect. It is true that the way the dishes are described on the table (summary description) do not want more than that, but when the plate arrives it is a pure visual delight, bravo to the kitchen! I recommend this restaurant just before getting caught on the nearby beach.

The restaurant GAÏA, located near the beautiful beach of Salins-d’Hyères, deserves a visit. After a nice first visit two years ago, we decided to take a new break in this little restaurant. Very simple in appearance, it still enchants you. The staff is welcoming and smiling. But what makes this place truly remarkable is the quality of the products and table presented in each plate. Whether it’s an entrance, a dish or a dessert, you have to take the time to appreciate the delicacy and colors before diving into the culinary refinement.
