We only look for the finest gourmet food and are so happy that we also have a supplier in Veltheim where the food tastes homemade and prepared with love. When there was a wrong delivery with some criticisms, I wrote to Kastanienbaum, disappointed, and was impressed by the appreciative and compassionate reaction and the offer of compensation from the managing director, Mr. Zaugg. Only when things don't go well do you realize how professional and customer-oriented a company is. As an entrepreneur, I can only say that many others should take this as an example. And that's exactly why I'm giving it 5 stars, which I can absolutely stand behind."
