"were there from 14-16.2. reception absolutely cordial,and also other than two nice helpful staff. that was then, unfortunately, also positive things. the booked double room comfort was absolutely not portable, then for the 2nd night kindly converted into an appartment and this was very good, however just like the rest of the facility no longer in top condition. the food praised by many was unfortunately not present with us. Instead we were probably supplied by a catering service because very few things were fresh and cooked themselves. all in all, unfortunately, in this price segment absolutely not portable. as said the personal was in the frame of his possibilities, always tried. could have become a super we if the concept had been converted to 100% and not just to 60%. we were now at the weekend to gasse with you and it was wonderful! super nice staff,all with each other . very nice facility,it was our first wellness experience . great eating and pleasant environment . picobello clean! we are happy to come back! everything only recommended!

my friend and I have booked us for the wellness Relax weekend and it was, as promised, very relaxing! we were very warmly welcomed and welcomed. very nice team! through the homey atmosphere we felt very comfortable. eating was plentiful and good! very nicely dressed very recommended! have reserved us for next year again a date! we look forward to it!

the rooms were super nicely decorated and clean. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. every special request will be received. the food was mega tasty and the breakfast buffet is very rich. the wellness complex is very modern and well maintained. we've recovered right here. have booked the next holiday in two months. for me five stars without a flaw!!!Are we looking for the next time????

we had booked the New Year's order and I hope the hotel forgives me that my review will come so late? it was a very pleasant stay and the staff and service were excellent and always friendly. wish and ask were taken seriously and satisfied. the food was varied and delicious. also the torch hike and the New Year's Buffet/-gala were great organized. only our room in the guest house was a bit old baked. we were very happy and happy to thank you for a pleasant time.
