"the German house is exactly the landgasthof that I have long been looking for for my moving to idstein. beautifully located, even with the bike well to reach, very nice service, the pleasant atmosphere, a well maintained beer, the suitable beer garden. not least of course the menu and the quality of the food. the selection is bourgeois-founded, of high quality. there is the frankfurter carving with greener sauce as tasty filled pljeskavica, just to illustrate the variety and versatility of the menu."

"Behind the rather simple and moderately inviting facade of the communal centre Oberjosbach lies a small restaurant, which awaits both classic German cuisine and Indian food. We had Chicken Tikka and a Frankfurter Schnitzel both was very well prepared and extremely tasty. Prices are moderate, the service is very friendly, the ambience is little exciting (but completely okay). A clear recommendation."

"We were on Thursday to eat two in the restaurant Savior’s. I was here a long time ago and was very positively surprised at the changes. The ambience with the open fireplace in winter and the warm welcome creates a great atmosphere. I have taken the menu and my accompaniment has put together something from the menu and menu. "this restaurant is not far from our home, so it has become one of our local favorites! ! we have recently eaten with friends at lunch that have just moved to kelkheim. certainly an excellent restaurant. merlins is operated by people Indian origin, which is reflected in their menu. they have a large selection of kitchens, including German, Italian and Indian. our friends are narrower and wanted sharp currys. at merlins, that was not a problem. we ordered lamb vindaloo, lamb corma and chicken tikka. all meals were fabulous and the beef vindaloo was the best curry I had in Europe for many years. this restaurant has a great atmosphere and on clear days a wonderful view of frankfurt. in the past we had some excellent evenings here with a large group of friends. the service is wonderful and the hired are very friendly. the great part of merlins is worth; it really offers an excellent value for money. we would highly recommend this restaurant if they are in the opposite or want to spend a great evening with friends. it is just a short drive from kelkheim, königstein or frankfurt away and it is worth it!"

"My husband and I enjoyed a nice dinner last night at the Savior Restaurant. We are sorry to see that we were the only ones, beside another party of four, as we enjoyed the food and the very friendly service. Seriously, the waiters thank us for coming. The menu was quite limited during our visit. I assume it's February and time for carnival. Nevertheless, we both liked what we had. I had fried lake devils with delicious potatoes and asparagus with cherry tomatoes. My husband had Wiener Schnitzel. We had both starters beef consomme for me, and a beef tar with fried quailei for him. The wine list was decent, and we tried a local red that went easy, along with champagne aperitifs. For dessert we had lavender cream with warm carrot cake and vanilla ice cream. In addition to the very friendly, friendly and somewhat quirky service, we also thought that the lobby area with the beautiful fireplace was very cozy and welcoming. I'd like to have spoken in there. I also preferred lighting in this area, which was somewhat more romantic than lighting in the dining room. That was not a cheap meal, but we were happy to give them the business as they showed us an unforgettable time. I hope and expect the menu to expand slightly if there is more business. I didn't see anything offered for vegans or vegetarians, but I'm sure something can be arranged. I would make sure that mobility challenged people that the toilets are down stairs. There are also steps in the bedroom to the toilets. We don't live far from this restaurant, so I'd be back. Next time I want to go there when the sun is up, so I can see the beautiful view and surroundings. The castle itself also has a very interesting history."
