"continuing in our culinary reviews check-ups, we went to rieti with a pleasant panoramic trip. thanks to the google maps navigator we arrived a few dozen meters from the restaurant, in a small square where you park for a fee. the restaurant is small, can accommodate some thirty people. small bathroom in common men and women, clean and cute with signs of time. if you are looking for star chefs, molecular cuisine and fashionable environments go elsewhere, if as we want to enjoy a little relaxation in a traditional, rustic trattoria, and eat tasty then come quiet. you can do your orders but you will eat what there is, no remnants or stuff prepared and put there, if something is over you choose more. we have tasted two first dishes, the sabinese, sort of maltagliati in a dense and wise sauce with garlic oil and peppers, and the cellar, a plate of mixed pasta curled with asparagus, cheek, mushrooms and cheese. only problem for those who do not endure it is the pepper that covers the local cheek and can not be liked. both well to the tooth and in substantial portion. as sweet the millefoglie, which is done at the moment, therefore it is different from the cakes to which we are accustomed, being composed of three biscottons similar to the famous 'mills of matilde vicenzi ' with two layers of different creams to choice. bread, which is included in the notorious 'covered', bring it if you ask. water is that of microfiltered tap. the staff is friendly and helpful to recommend. booking would be better. a stone's throw away the square where the monument to the 'hombelic of Italy, curiosity that alone is worth the trip. altogether we were satisfied and we recommend it."

"we discovered this place on the advice of the owner of the restaurant a hundred goto percent, that unfortunately Saturday night could not welcome us. I probably wouldn't have chosen it if I had passed in front of it, I would have feared a precooked kitchen for small tourists, perhaps for the bistro name reminding me of the bad bar / hot table of my student pari wassmus. nothing further from reality: well maintained local, but not in my style, given the space rendered with too many materials (brick, stone and wood) of different styles (original terracotta floor combined with external tiles and wooden boards covered by a large Persian simil carpet) with a thousand nymnoli and scattered furnishings; fairly courteous staff, a bit of rush seen the perhaps unexpected covers; high-level kitchen! we took a risotto with the cream of scampi for 2, nice tasty but however delicate, soft and mantecato, perhaps too much to the tooth for my goits but for the goto nothing to say. to follow a ton cut with pistachio and acacia honey (perfect kitchen, beautiful pink and soft cut inside) lower roast with potatoes and tomatoes in the oven (juicy fish for nothing dry, with crispy and aromatic contour). all in more abundant and well presented portions. honest prices for quality and quantity (including coffee and water we paid 70euro round) great location (in the middle but slightly laid down by chaos) and relaxing atmosphere. we will definitely return to get the other menu proposals and try the delicious desserts we saw on the tables of other customers. recommended!"
