"The new team at Bistro Riche is led by Stephane Pastor, an inspired and talented young chef who uses local products to glorious effect. Visually engaging plates are turned out from the kitchen with both relaxed good humour and professional discretion by the hip young...staff waiters creating a welcoming, unstuffy and unhurried atmosphere. Local flavors burst from the locally sourced produce, fully revealed by the originality, talent and inspiration of the chef. All this at a very reasonable price in the center of Saint Rémy de Provence. Honestly, you won’t want to miss this"

great place and efficient and friendly waitress. Too bad the waffle is not terrible despite the abundance of chocolate.

excellent cuisine and service. simplicity, efficiency, professionalism. this old restaurant institution of st rémy has found its noble letters thanks to the new owners. The menu is light, which proves that we cook home. A big bravo.
